Hannah Chun
Hannah, a college sophomore, has been part of the MMEA All-State Orchestra and attended the BU Tanglewood Institute. She's an alum of the Boston Youth Symphony and a former New England Conservatory of Music Honors Woodwind Quintet member. Hannah cherishes making music with fellow student musicians and sharing their music. Apart from her love for music, she enjoys watching movies, going on runs, and spending time with her friends.

Kristen Chun
Kristen is a senior at Cambridge Rindge and Latin School. She currently plays with the New England Conservatory Youth Philharmonic Orchestra. Kristen's orchestral experience includes participation in the MMEA All-State Festival and the Boston University Tanglewood Institute. She enjoys collaborative music-making, often working alongside her sister, Hannah, and her peers in the music community to create and share their music remotely, extending its reach to a broader audience. In her free time, Kristen enjoys traveling and spending time with her friends and family.

Yesol (Joanna) Yi

KYUNGHWAN LIM
Kyunghwan is a sophomore at the University of Pennsylvania. He has previously played the clarinet in the Atlanta Symphony Youth Orchestra, the Atlanta Youth Wind Symphony, and the Emory Youth Symphony Orchestra. For the past two summers, Kyunghwan played at the Sewanee Summer Music Festival and the Boston University Tanglewood Institute Young Artists Orchestra. Outside of music, Kyunghwan enjoys playing basketball, reading, and dominating the Typeracer circuit.

Gabriel Cha

Kaitlyn Shi
Kaitlyn is a senior attending Noble and Greenough School and has been playing the violin for nearly 14 years. Regarding orchestral experience, Kaitlyn has been a member of the Boston Youth Symphony, MMEA All States Orchestra, and the Massachusetts Senior Districts Festival Orchestra for the past two years and enjoys playing the piano in her free time. In addition to ProMusica, during COVID, Kaitlyn co-founded Journey through Music, a similar organization aiming to bring joy to all, especially senior citizens, through music. Kaitlyn’s favorite aspect of orchestra and the violin is the opportunity of meeting new people and bringing joy to others through music. Outside of violin, Kaitlyn enjoys watching anime, baking, and traveling.

Nia Suresh
Nia is a junior at Northwestern University. She started playing the oboe when she was 8 and the piano when she was 4, and she played in the Boston Youth Symphony this past year. Outside of music, Nia enjoys skateboarding, hiking, and binge-watching anime.

ALEXANDER MOON
Alexander is a junior at Emory University. He has played the cello since the age of 10 and has won awards as both a soloist and a chamber musician. He has been part of the NJ Central Regionals orchestra, NJ All State orchestra, and the All Eastern orchestra. He has also performed with the NJ Youth Symphony and is also part of the New York Youth Symphony. He has also participated in the BU Tanglewood Institute.

Anna Lin
Anna is a college sophomore and an alum of the BYSO. She still remembers going to the annual Brookline Music School petting zoo as a 4th grader and choosing the clarinet for its warm and rich tone in the lower register. One of the reasons why she joined Pro Musica Chamber Players is because it brings out the social aspect of music and gives the opportunity for young musicians to create music with others.

Ezra Reed
Ezra is an oboist and BYSO alum. He’s a multi instrumental homeschooler who has lived in Boston for the past 9 years. His musical journey started with Kindermusic, in South Africa, where he learned some rhythm, basic music theory and recorder. Later he joined his middle school band in Boston playing trumpet with band director Billy Bus. While in his middle school band, he was accepted into the Intensive Community Program (ICP) where he learned the fundamentals of oboe and music theory. His musical journey continues in the BYSO orchestras as an oboist.
